Elite Shooting Academy (ESA)
Founded and led by Rakesh Manpat, Bengaluru-born rifle shooter and Ekalavya Award (2012) recipient. He started ESA in 2017 to give young shooters the technical and mental training Indian talent needs. Rakesh has won internationally, including gold at the 39th InterShoot at The Hague in 2016, and he brings that standard into daily coaching at CSE.
The academy trains athletes in 10m Rifle and 10m Pistol through competitive pathways, with recreational shooting available for newcomers. Notable athletes coached include Apurvi Chandela (former World No. 1 in 10m rifle) and Meghana Sajjanar (World Cup medallist).
